Back In Russia

Thanks to the Earth's direction of rotation working in my favor this time, it took me a significantly shorter amount of time to get back to Russia than it did to get home. That being said, it still took me more than twenty-one hours to get from my house to the Vaganova Academy. (It took almost twenty-four hours to go the other way, so twenty-one didn't seem that bad).

When the airplane was nearing Saint Petersburg, I looked out the window and was able to see this snowy patchwork of countryside.

It was a beautiful first sight of Russia.
